Educational talk to the students' parents

At the third parents' meeting of the year at Xaloc Escola Técnica, the attendees had the privilege of receiving a talk by Miriam Schirinzi, psychologist from the Fundació Aprendre a Mirar. The central theme of the talk was the effect that screens and social media can have on the development and well-being of our children, as well as strategies to encourage responsible use of technology.

Schirinzi guided parents through the challenges facing young people in the digital age, offering practical advice and tools to help them navigate this complex environment. From the importance of setting time limits to the need to promote open dialogue and active supervision, parents walked away with a deeper understanding of how they can support their children in an ever-evolving digital world .
